This appointment is so I can get to know you and what fuels your motivation! Nutrition is not meant to be met with a "one-size-fits-all" approach, therefore this time is meant to help me (and you!) create a plan that works best for you and your lifestyle. After purchasing, you will be sent multiple forms via email and instructions on the next steps!
Receive personalized nutrition coaching to optimize your diet and achieve your health goals. As a nutrition coach, I will provide tailored advice and support, helping you understand the best ways to fuel your body without restriction and guiding you to understand what works best for your body. In order to set up this meeting, you must first request and complete an intake evaluation! This 6-week program consists of weekly meal plans and recipe ideas, in addition to helpful tips to gain a better understanding of nutrition.
In addition to nutrition coaching, I am also certified as a personal trainer! I hope to integrate nutrition into my personal training sessions to allow for both to work hand-in-hand. With a specialty in resistance training, use this program if you are looking for a new workout routine, searching for ways to work around an injury, or are brand new to strength training! This 6-week program consists of weekly exercise routines that best fit into your daily life, along with suggesting other factors that lead to a healthier body and mind.
